Mission & Guiding Principles
College of Medicine, Information Technology Services provides secure, reliable, strategic IT solutions in support of the college’s tripartite mission: education, research, and patient care through customer engagement, outstanding technology infrastructure, and effective management, protection, and strategical use of institutional data.
To meet this mission, members of ITS are committed to the following six guiding principles/values. They are summarized as:

SERVICE: We provide timely, high-quality and outstanding customer-oriented IT services to faculty, students, and staff.
OPEN-MINDEDNESS: We facilitate and adopt creativity and innovation initiated by faculty, students, and staff, as well as fellow ITS members.
COLLABORATION: We nurture a supportive and team-oriented work environment and build effective IT partnerships across the University of Arizona Health Sciences (UAHS), the UArizona campus, and Banner Health.
