College of Medicine domain accounts, CatNet and UANetID accounts, NetId+ assistance, Citrix access for Banner systems, COM VPN, remote desktop access and more.
Email and Calendaring
Hosting and management of COM email and calendaring, email encryption, spam filtering, migration services to Office 365 email, liaison to campus email systems and more.
Security
Includes managed desktop software updating and anti-virus, mobile device management, server and application security scanning, PCI and research compliance consulting, incident reporting and management, liaison to UA security office and HIPAA Privacy office and more.
Backup and Storage
Includes individual and departmental document shares, assistance with UA Box, cloud storage services and research data storage.
Communications
Coordinate communications services with UA Telecom, departmental cell phone management, Microsoft Teams, ZOOM and more.
Networks and Connectivity
Includes VPN, managing firewalls, coordinating network connections and services with UITS and Banner and more.
Servers and Data
Includes hosting of file shares, server hosting, virtual servers and databases.
