COM IT is happy to provide support to its staff members to continue their learning with its limited budget. In general, we would like to cover the cost of the certification primarily for Junior staff members and advanced learning and conferences for senior members. Every staff member who joins COM IT for more than 6 months, is not on probation status, and produces outstanding performance can apply. There are detailed approval standards and there is no guarantee anyone meeting these standards gets approval due to budget limitations.
