Request Services Overview

In order to deliver the timely and high-quality service to our clients, ITS launched a new on-line communication web portal, COMHelp. If you would like to report a problem, have a question,  make a suggestion, or would like to purchase software or equipment, please log into COMHelp to submit your service request at https://comhelp.arizona.edu/. Our technicians check tickets frequently during the workday.  COMHelp is designed to improve the efficiency of communication, documentation, and user experience requesting services from IT.

COM IT offers mail distribution service to the College Administration and departments. To submit a COMExpress mail distribution request, click here.

COM IT also staffs a service desk that operates from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday and a call center (626-8721) that caters to the needs of faculty, students, and staff who have an emergency and need support right away such as problem report in a classroom environment or when you lose access to your computer.
