College of Medicine, Tucson, Information Technology Services (ITS) provides secure, reliable, strategic IT solutions to support the College's current and future strategic plans for faculty, students, and staff. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop and act as a liaison for services we do not directly deliver.
COM-T ITS provides a full suite of information technology services. These include, but not limited to: Desktop and mobile device support, student application management, file storage and backup, research computing consulting, email, application development, web hosting, server management, reporting, data analytics and business analysis.
The best way to get assistance from us is through our IT one communication web portal: COMHelp (comhelp.arizona.edu). We are committed to responding to your requests usually within hours during our workdays after we receive a COMHelp ticket from you. And you can track your communication with us in the COMHelp as well. Please come and we will help you!
COM-T ITS also staffs a service desk located in the Health Sciences Library in support of students, graduate assistants, faculty, and staff. Hours are from 7:30-5:30 during weekdays with additional hours made available as needed. Urgent issues are monitored after hours. Support is also available via telephone, website, and email.
COM-T ITS currently employs about 50 staff members and student workers and is under the direction of the Assistant Dean, ITS.
