  2. Please run the program from the link. It will show you a 9-digit session code.
  3. Provide your technician the 9-digit session code so they may connect to your device.

FAQ

If your Mac device prompts you to enable settings under "System Preferences" for Splashtop using an admin account, our team can still assist! We will need to schedule an in-person visit to resolve your issue and also configure your device for success with future remote sessions.

No, after your remote session ends and you quit the program, the connection is severed.
Our team will be unable to connect remotely for a new session until you run the program and explicitly grant permission again.

If you have any HIPAA / PHI information visible on your screen, please close those documents / applications prior to initiating a remote session with our team

If this is not possible because you need assistance with documents or applications that contain sensitive information, simply inform your technician prior to the remote session and our team will guide you to provide support in a secure and compliant manner.
