Subject: Outlook Microsoft Prompt for MedAdmin Email Account

There is currently an issue with the Outlook application prompting with a Microsoft Office365 window to login.  When you enter your MedAdmin credentials, it just pops up again. COM ITS is aware of this issue and is working on a resolution as soon as possible.

Services Affected: College of Medicine – Tucson MedAdmin Email on an Outlook Client

Date and Time: Ongoing

Impact to College: Some users may experience this popup message, are unable to bypass this message and Outlook stops working.  Outlook Web Application (OWA) at https://mail.medadmin.arizona.edu is currently the only workaround.
