College Email Migration Kickoff in July 2020

Having prepared for months, COM IT is excited to announce that we are migrating our email services to UAConnect365 system!  Immediately after the migration, users will start to receive many benefits, such as, 24/7 extended tech support (626-8324) during off hours and weekends, 2-factor authentication with NetID+, and powerful spam filter for better security, to name a few.

Though the future is exciting IT must handle a considerable amount of challenges and risks very carefully to ensure a streamlined and smooth migration process. The approach is to process the migration one department by another so that every department will get a focused time widow from IT for adequate support and services during the migration day.  You will receive direct communication from our office when your department is scheduled for migration starting in July 2020.  At the same time, please check out our email migration project page for more information.
